Submitting Case Documentation

Step 1

You can choose to set up different types of input fields depending on your content. For instance, a blog might have a title, a slug, and a long-form field for formatted content. These may be different for a product directory or a photo blog, where you may need to add an image field. To edit the fields each CMS item will have, click on any of the column titles. This will trigger a modal to add new fields, where you can also re-arrange the fields or modify or delete the existing ones.

Step 2

Select the filing deadline date by which the charging attorney must complete their charging decisions, then proceed to upload all relevant case reports for review.

Step 3

Simply click “Upload” and upload the report documentation into  the Report 1 location. Optionally, an existing narrative can also be uploaded to go along with the report, If a narrative isn’t provided, then VIDA will generate a narrative from the uploaded report using AI to save you time.

Step 4

After all of the proper documentation has been uploaded, you will click “Submit Documents.”

Step 5

Select a Charging Attorney to assign the case. You can customize the email message that will be sent to the Charging Attorney, or proceed with the standard email message. After clicking Submit, an email will be sent to the selected Charging Attorney right away.
